Key Responsibilities:
  • Creation of email communications using various client/internal systems
  • Assisting in the creation and delivery of digital campaigns
  • Creation of email communications using various client/internal systems
  • Understanding and delivering as per client briefing documents/calls
  • Analysingcampaignperformance via tools such as Tableau and Google Analytics etc. to suggest improvements and opportunities for future campaigns
  • Investigating and contributing onSearchEngineOptimisationprojects
  • Providing ongoing assistance with Salesforce Social Studio and its integration into wider parts of the Collinson group
  • Updating internal JIRA system to report on campaign progress and completion
  • Providing consistent, exceptional quality and attention to detail
  • Strong collaboration with internal departmental teams and individuals
  • Liaising directly with client contacts andhelping them to answer their queries/questions
  • Manage time to given budgets
  • Maintaining ISO Group Standards
  • Assisting and supporting the team with administration and office tasks as required
  • Adhering to company processes and supporting the team in documenting and improving existing processes

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good at problem solving skills
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Highly organised, with effective time management and the ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • Experience of working with data (desirable)
  • Experience of communicating withstakeholders of different levels(desirable)
