We are looking for dynamic, smart and enthusiastic apprentices to join our growing team in an industry that is going through a technological revolution.

Your position will be to work with our established Oracle Functional Consultants on multiple interesting and challenging tasks that are generated from our tax automation projects; working with well-known global clients.

We will teach you how to do configuration in the Oracle Tax Module; support project testing; and produce documentation. So, from the start you will be immersed in our core activities, which provides an exciting opportunity for growth right from the start.

Oracle Tax Automation - What you will be trained to do:
  • Support our Functional Consultants in daily tasks
  • Configuration of Oracle eBTax and modules linked to tax (OM, AR, AP, GE, PO, PA, iEXP, iSuppier, INV)
  • Updating of documentation such as configuration documents (Tax Setups)
  • Preparation of training documents
  • Preparation and execution of testing scripts
  • Provide first line support to clients
  • File management for clients and Innovate Tax

Once you are fully trained, there may be opportunities to work on our clients' site when required to complete duties (this may include international travel).
  • Researching worldwide tax rates and providing blog posts, white papers, etc. on new events.
  • Basic SQL

Your Training:

Most of the training will be 'on-the-job', whilst supporting the Functional Consultants with delivering client projects

Buddy: you will be allocated an experience Oracle Functional Consultant who will help you learn how to configure in Oracle; understand our Solution and Applications; support Solution Testing; and create Solution documentation.

Desired qualifications

Good standard of GCSEs (or equivalent) as a minimum to include English and maths as a minimum.

Previous level 3 qualification - preferably in IT.

Future prospects

Once successfully completed the apprenticeship,there might be the possibility toprogress into full-time employment.
