Job Details
We are a wholesale beverage supplier, specialising in coffee. We sell to many cafés, restaurants, pubs, hotels etc all over Kent. We also provide machines and a breakdown service of these machines.
We have been running for 40 years and have a lot of knowledge in the catering sector.
DESCRIPTION OF VACANCY
Business Administration Support
Assist in control of all our products
Arranging and booking in engineers to service and attend breakdowns of our customers coffee machines
Answering telephone calls
General emails etc.
Assist in day to day general office duties
Data inputting
Controlling stock
Stock counting
Sourcing new products that will add valve to the company
Being first point of call for machine breakdowns
Monitoring mail boxes
Assisting with managing service requirements
Assisting with the booking of engineers
Assisting with growth of machine service sales
Running stock reports
Assisting with the purchasing of stock
Assisting with invoice inputting and statement checking
WAGE
£210p/w
HOURS
Monday- Friday 9.00-5.00pm
40 hours
1 hour unpaid lunch
SKILLS REQUIRED
Touch type would help but not essential
Some knowledge of Microsoft office

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
A* – D GCSE English and Maths
TRAINING PROVIDED
On the job training with the employer whilst working towards the Apprenticeship Framework – consisting of the Intermediate NVQ Level, Technical Certificate and Functional Skills if appropriate.
Regular work based assessments/observations carried out by Kent Training & Apprenticeships Tutor Assessor, to determine competency and meet with Awarding Body standards.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
