In your Software Developer Apprenticeship, you will be working at coding company based in Worcester. In your Software Developer Apprenticeship, Learn how to code in multiple different languages, code for websites, mobile, applications and more. Test and maintenance of software systems. You will work closely with an experienced Software Development Manager who will teach you and help you to develop the skills you want and deserve.

- Test Dolphin software products and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Help prepare and maintain test plans
- Report test coverage and provide feedback to developers and project teams
- Install and configure Windows operating systems, associated hardware and applications
- Provide on-site IT support for staff, ensuring priority requests are resolved quickly

- Good understanding and working knowledge ofMicrosoft products and operating systems
- Good troubleshooting knowledge of hardware and software issues
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP Networks

- Knowledge of Citrix Software (XenDesktop and XenApp
- Knowledge of Virtual environments (VMWare vSphere and Vcenter)
- Experience of Windows Server environments (Windows Server 2003 and 2008)
- Experience with iOS/Android platforms

- Ability to learn and adapt very quickly
- Basic knowledge on coding
- Basic understanding of a wide range of hardware (printers, laptops, monitors, cabling etc) and some basic software
- Good problem-solving ability
- Strong assessment skills

- Strong communication skills with people at varying levels
