An industry leading and fast-growing technology business are currently seeking an enthusiastic IT apprentice, to join their established team located in Ickenham, Middlesex. The successful individual will provide helpdesk support to an expanding customer base, covering a whole range of technologies.

Key duties:
  • Managing customer incident and service requests through an internal ticketing system
  • Provide first class customer service to their clients
  • Monitoring customer environments and systems through their proactive monitoring suite
  • Liaising with 3rd party vendors to log issues and faults
  • Be part of the IT helpdesk to receive and resolve incoming IT issues
  • Escalate and track tickets escalated to other engineers

Desired qualifications

To be an IT Support Apprentice you will need to be a tech enthusiast with 5 GCSEs or equivalent (ideally 9 - 4/A* - C) including maths and English.
