Day to day duties will include:
  • To log all calls and maintain full documentation
  • To provide technical support through responding to support queries received via phone or email
  • To troubleshoot and resolve reported issues or queries which relate to our CRM software and / or associated data feeds - mainly via SQL Management Studio
  • Support users in their understanding of our software and provide training / advice
  • Manipulate client databases to extract data for analysis and reporting
  • Develop a good understanding of database marketing and reporting techniques
  • To deliver quality analysis and reporting

Reporting to: Head of IT

Department:IT Support

You may be required you to carry out other duties within your reasonable competence.At certain times, it may be necessary to work outside normal office hours to deliver to agreed deadlines.

  • Strong A-levels preferably in maths, English and/or Business, ICT (or equivalent)
