- To log all calls and maintain full documentation
- To provide technical support through responding to support queries received via phone or email
- To troubleshoot and resolve reported issues or queries which relate to our CRM software and / or associated data feeds - mainly via SQL Management Studio
- Support users in their understanding of our software and provide training / advice
- Manipulate client databases to extract data for analysis and reporting
- Develop a good understanding of database marketing and reporting techniques
- To deliver quality analysis and reporting
