The Enterprise Apprenticeship Program:
Our ENTERPRISE PROGRAM has been designed specifically to provide a stretching and broad experience across a number of our business areas, enabling you to build a rich understanding of our business, see the bigger picture and act strategically.
Over three years, we expect you will experience three different placements across our business areas and you will be able to own and drive these in line with your career aspirations, strengths and development areas, all the while supported by a business mentor. We’ve provided a flavour of a selection of our varied business areas below.
Customer Service & Logistics
Working collaboratively with our customers, our CS&L colleagues ensure we always have the right products, at the right time, in the right quality on the shelves for the shoppers who want to treat themselves. Opportunities range from developing accurate, consumer-driven forecasts, to building collaboration with customers, to managing warehousing, distribution and delivery.
Finance
Our Finance colleagues play a vital role in assessing and planning to meet our resourcing needs, managing the Profit & Loss of every area of our business (from our Sales and Marketing teams to our Manufacturing & RDQ facilities) as well as maintaining compliance with financial regulations, audit requirements and international tax laws.
Human Resources
Our HR community partners our business and our 80,000+ colleagues across a huge range of topics, from leading organisational and cultural change, to recruitment and talent management, to employee relations and HR analytics, truly having a tangible impact on our business and people agenda.
Marketing
Our Marketing teams are fearless in their approach to reaching our customers and consumers, bold in asking questions and courageous in how they find new ways to collaborate and innovate with others. Our teams have a proud history of growing brands that people love and opportunities range across our global brands (e.g. Oreo, Cadbury) to our local gems (e.g. Maynard’s Bassets).
Sales
Our Sales teams are the revenue drivers for our business, partnering across categories, geographies and channels (including our fast-growing eCommerce channel), our teams deliver growth for customers and ourselves by being the supplier of choice, with opportunities across account management, revenue planning, and category development.

Work and Study Split:
To support your education, whilst you are employed under the apprenticeship scheme, you will be eligible to utilize 20% of your time towards your studies. This could be one day a week, or you can save them up for your revision and exams.
Routes for progression post Apprenticeship completion:
Towards the end of your apprenticeship the business will support you to apply for any suitable vacant roles in order to progress your career within Mondelēz International.
Qualifications
Candidate requirements: To apply for this role, you’ll need a good academic background. This will need to include five GCSEs grades A*- C or equivalent 9 to 5 number grades, including Maths and English plus three A-level grades at BBC, or equivalent. You’ll need to be enthusiastic, eager to learn and develop and with strong interpersonal skills.
We will also ask for your flexibility. You will have the opportunity to be based in a number of our Northern European locations throughout your scheme. In return for your work and dedication, you can look forward to a competitive starting salary, and access to a mouth-watering array of benefits, including 27 days holiday per year, company pension scheme and special access to our delicious staff shop.
