Main Description

SiPalto specialise in providing telecoms services to companies which include our flagship product – SiP Cloud, which is our own designed Hosted VoIP Platform, Video Conferencing, Business Broadband and other complimentary telecoms services. SiPalto are looking for motivated, hardworking and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about delivering work to a very high standard, who understand customer needs and who can prioritise and exceed customer expectation.

Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of the SiPalto technical team you will receive extensive internal and external training in VoIP and Telephony services (voice and video), which includes software and hardware. Broadband support and provisioning including hardware, mobile and fixed line services.

 

The role will not only involve technical support, but becoming a product expert who the company can rely on for pre and post sales advice and support, along with internal and external customer training (remote and face to face).

 

Duties:

  • Be the first point of contact for support queries, providing immediate phone/email support.
  • Raise and manage support tickets from initial report to resolution, whilst continuing to proactively update customer.
  • Liaise between customer and third party suppliers to troubleshoot, test, diagnose and resolve faults.
  • Support and manage customer accounts, making changes as requested and configuring any product features to customer requirements.
  • Configure and install hardware devices – including but not limited to: VoIP phones, broadband routers, Ethernet switches, wireless access points.
  • Train customers to use software and hardware products – in particular phone system web portal and phones.
  • Use remote desktop software to assist customers with configuration of hardware devices and software as required.
