We are a small but growing company offering independent financial advice on a range of products in addition to Will writing and Estate planning. Currently specialising in dealing with members of the Armed Forces community, later this year we will also be launching our mainstream services as well.


DESCRIPTION OF VACANCY
This is predominantly an administration role with a heavy focus on our client’s experience and supporting the sales team alongside our office manager. Every day at the office is different and will need varying skills. The environment can be fast paced and pressured at times – the key is to thrive and not buckle! Our small but growing company want to nurture the right person to become part of the team with plenty of scope for promotion and professional development. We are virtually paper free so you should feel comfortable working with computers and different applications.

Travel Information:

Arriva bus 101 and 700 drops off within a 15-minute walk, these buses also collect from Rochester Train station. (50 minute walk from the train station)

Main duties to include:

Answering incoming and outgoing telephone calls to both clients and service providers Diary management for sales team
Data input and processing tasks on CRM Administration of client files and assisting office manager in progression of cases.
Providing refreshments for visitors, clients and team.
General office duties such as scanning, post, shredding etc.
Maintaining basic presentation and cleanliness of office
Assisting with marketing campaigns/projects – i.e. supporting events, light social media, sourcing/ordering materials
Due to the nature of our services applicant should be 18 or over.
Full referencing, credit checks and CRB will be required. In addition to agreeing with our client privacy and confidentiality procedures


WAGE
Between £117-£150 per week (30 hours) depending on experience with opportunity for review after 3 months in addition to extra paid hours when needed.


HOURS
30 hours per week – 5 days per week. Ideally
Mon & Thurs 9-5,
Tues 9-1
Wed & Fri 1-6
Occasional Saturdays may be required in addition to overtime depending on business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
GCSE grades A-C or 4 -9 in Maths and English preferred.


TRAINING PROVIDED
On the job training with the employer whilst working towards the Apprenticeship Framework – consisting of the Intermediate NVQ Level, Technical Certificate and Functional Skills if appropriate.

Regular work based assessments/observations carried out by Kent Training & Apprenticeships Tutor Assessor, to determine competency and meet with Awarding Body standards.
