The National Minimum Wage for apprentices is £3.90 per hour as of 1st of April 2018. This rate applies to apprentices under 19 and those aged 19 or over who are in their first year.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Responding to client support via telephone and email
- Logging support requests into our support desk software and managing the workload
- Resolving technical issues through research, communicating with developers and developing solutions
- Applying fixes and improvements to WordPress and Joomla websites
- Making changes to Shopify eCommerce websites
- Answering questions from potential customers regarding our in-house built Shopify apps
- Populating WordPress websites with content
Requirements and prospects
Desired skills
- Customer Service experience
- An eagerness to learn and develop knowledge and skills.
- Problem Solving skills
- Experience working with different software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to learn quickly and understand specific software applications
- Effective time management skills, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Personal qualities
- Some experience building and/or maintaining WordPress websites
- Some experience building and/or maintaining Shopify websites would be advantageous, though not essential
- Strong problem-solving abilities
Desired qualifications
- 5 GCSE's (or equivalent) A-C/8-4, must have maths and English
- A-levels/ BTEC orequivalent
