Your role will include:
  • Coordinating meetings and inductions for new starters
  • Administrative & organisational tasks
  • Reviewing and maintaining competitor info on an ongoing basis
  • Arranging logistics of meetings with internal and external contacts and liaise with various internal departments as necessary

Desired skills

This will be an exciting but highly challenging opportunity which will require lots of hard work and commitment. You don't need to have work experience, but we are looking for people who can show the ability to work on their own initiative, have excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to work co-operatively as part of a team.
  • Lots of initiative and ability to investigate and problem solve
  • Ability to understand and follow process but with an aptitudeto improving ways of working
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to prioritise and adapt
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Good PC skills with an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Self-confidence and willingness to take full ownership of role
  • A professional, diplomatic and friendly manner
  • Dedicated and committed to the management programme and completing the Management Degree Apprenticeship

Desired qualifications

  • Eligible to study in the UK
  • English Language and maths GCSE grade 4/C or above (or equivalent)
  • If you are studying A levels (or equivalent) or completing further education you must be due to complete your qualification(s) by September 2019. We are unable to process applications for students that are part way through their current studies

Future prospects

  • After 3 years you'll have completed your Degree Apprenticeship, gained your honours degree, plus you'll have a CV full of experience.
