DESCRIPTION OF VACANCY
We’re seeking to win and support new business using great communication skills and exceptional customer service techniques. In return we offer rewarding career growth opportunities. You will take full ownership of the full sales cycle – from inclusion in winning new business to retaining and managing customers and providing excellent customer support.

Your duties will include:

Maintaining relationships and ensuring client retention
Account management of customer base
Manage customer queries
Managing customer orders and processing
Helping to build a portfolio of new customers
To professionally engage with our target market in London.
Call customer to introduce them to full services and products available
To retrieve the business information
To collect the purchase information
To log the above on the management system
Keep Managers informed of progress
Book meetings Book handover calls
Manage databases and reports
Achieve weekly/monthly targets


WAGE
£3.90 per hour starting pay with potential to earn more based on ability.

HOURS
9-5 Monday – Friday

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Minimum achieved Grade D or equivalent in English and Maths.
ICT grade c or equivalent


TRAINING PROVIDED
On the job training with the employer whilst working towards the Apprenticeship Framework – consisting of the Intermediate NVQ Level, Technical Certificate and Functional Skills if appropriate.

Regular work based assessments/observations carried out by Kent Training & Apprenticeships Tutor Assessor, to determine competency and meet with Awarding Body standards.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION
