Degree (Undergraduate) Apprenticeship
Learn on the job and gain experience
Our apprenticeship programme lasts for three years and, once completed, we'll encourage you to continue your onward learning journey with us.
Our apprenticeship scheme
Each year, we look for the brightest and best apprentices to join our teams and work on some of the world's most exciting projects. You'll develop your skills, gain invaluable real-life experience and learn from our industry experts.
After a two to three year apprenticeship, we’ll encourage you to continue your learning journey with us, which could lead to anything from an EngTech qualification to a Bachelor’s degree.
Leading the industry
We're founding members of the Technician Apprenticeship Consortium, which develops apprenticeship frameworks and opportunities in conjunction with the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE), the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) and the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE).
We work with colleges up and down the UK to train apprentices in civil engineering, building services engineering and railway engineering design technician apprenticeships.
Training and learning mix
You’ll attend a training course one day a week to complement your on-the-job learning during your working week with us.
