Tracoinare looking to hire one Degree Apprentice as aPurchasing Executive /Chartered Manager at their central London office.
  • As a Purchasing Executive your main role will be to secure space and negotiate the best possible hotel rates and conditions for the TTC group business.
  • Developingandmaintainingstrong business relationships withsuppliersandinternal clientswill be key.

This is the perfect role for someone who is passionate about travel, business and working in a fast paced and exciting work environment. Applicants who have a basic knowledge ofGerman,FrenchorSpanishand are willing to become more proficient in one of the three languages will be looked on favourably.

This will be an exciting but highly challenging opportunity which will require lots of hard work and commitment. You don't need to have work experience, but we are looking for people who can show the ability to work on their own initiative, have excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to work co-operatively as part of a team.

  • Ability to understand and follow process but with an aptitudeto improving ways of working
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to prioritise and adapt
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Good PC skills with an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Desired qualifications

  • Eligible to study in the UK
  • English Language and maths GCSE grade 4/C or above (or equivalent)
  • If you are studying A levels (or equivalent) or completing further education you must be due to complete your qualification(s) by January 2020. We are unable to process applications for students that are part way through their current studies

Future prospects

After 3 years you'll have completed your Degree Apprenticeship, gained your honours degree, plus you'll have a CV full of experience.
