Our client is seeking an experienced Apprenticeship Programme Lead who will be responsible for increasing the numbers of enrolments. You will be responsible for liaising with employers, managers and apprentices at all stages of the process and maintain professionalism at all times. You will ensure the company becomes the 'go to' provider of choice for employers by proactively creating and progressing opportunities in increase the numbers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working alongside the Marketing and Communications Officer to increase industry awareness of the apprentice offering
  • Completing on-site enrolment of apprenticeships
  • Advising customers on levy and apprenticeship rules/processes where necessary
  • Presenting apprentice content and requirements to employers
  • Leading the Prevent and Safeguarding function within the company
  • Updating and maintaining policies, including ensuring company is adhering to all legislation
  • Ensuring all learner progress reviews are scheduled and documented
  • Researching best practice in apprenticeship delivery and changes in rules and policy
  • Updating of all internal electronic and paper systems, including support the new design of the Nexus System
  • Coordinating payments on a monthly basis, liaising with finance and main providers
  • Coordinating all meeting rooms, buffets, trainers and training materials for classroom sessions
  • Making recommendations to improve our apprenticeship program and delivery
  • Providing data and evidence for internal and external audits


Skills/Experience/Attributes:

  • Previous experience as an Apprenticeship Coordinator is ESSENTIAL
  • Must have current knowledge and experience of the apprenticeship process and funding
  • IT/Office skills is ESSENTIAL
  • Excellent communication and commercial skills
  • A self starting approach to work
  • Must be able to self motivate, initiate and drive
