Prochoice Recruitment UK is a friendly but professional recruitment business based in Nottingham just outside the city centre. The nature of our business is supplying dental and catering temporary workers throughout the Midlands to a large number of clients.

We have an imediate opportunity for an apprentice who is keen either to enter the recruitment industry or gain experience generally in an administration role. You will be able to study a Business Administration qualification where you will be allowed time away from work for. Allowances must be made though in your own personal time to complete any assignments necessary.

You will learn:

* to develop the company's social media presence using the company Facebook page, LinkedIn and their website

* weekly payroll tasks including collecting time sheets, calculating payments

* to answer the phone and direct calls as appropriate

* to answering email enquires

* photocopying, filing and scanning as necessaary

* to enter workers contracts onto the system

* to register new workers

* about contacting workers and arranging jobs

* about the full admin process for the jobs

* to prepare documents and keep the records up to date

* any other general administration duties as required

Additional duties which may be more complex or demanding will be awarded as you progress and company business increases. Long term prospects could be either working towards being a recruitment consultant or taking up a role in our administration team.

The succesful candidate will need to be hardworking though, aiming to complete each task correctly or to their utmost abiltiy. If you are self-motivated, able to listen and learn with determiantion to pursue a career in business administration or recruitment,, this role is a fantastic opportunity for you.

This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate keen to take their first steps into a recruitment role, with an opportunity to progress in the future. You will be a pivotal member of the team gaining hands on skills and qualifications to develop key administration duties.

We envisage the succesful candidate will:

* have Grades 9-4 (A*-C) maths and English at GCSE

* have the ability to communicate clearly both in person and on the telephone effectively.

* show a keen interest in the role and tasks offered

* be reliable and polite, offering assistance to all staff where needed

* a knowledge of the office software package would be a strong advantage including word ad excel.

* a knowledge of facebook, twitter and instagram would be helpful but not essential.

Times of work will be 8:30am to 5pm Monday and Friday with a one hour lunch
