As a Wates Quantity Surveying trainee, you will be involved in assisting with:
  • Procurement and payment of sub-contractors
  • Preparing tender and contract documents
  • Producing commercial reports
  • Ensuring that our projects are financially viable
  • Safeguarding our commercial position

Professional Development

Entry Requirements
  • Higher Apprenticeship: A minimum of 5 GCSE's Grade 4/Cand above, including maths and English
  • Degree Apprenticeship: 3 A-Levels or equivalent at grades BBB or above


Future prospects

Permanent role as an Assistant Surveyor.
