Working week

* 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday. You will be required to work out of the office hours occasionally as per the business needs, e.g. supporting customers in different time zones or attending events or client meetings located outside the region.

Vacancy description

* Highly organised with customer and internal requests

* Manage expectations with responsibility and maturity

* Deal with incoming customer queries regarding our software

* Take ownership of customer issues and co-ordinate with other staff to resolve

* Help onboarding

* Follow ups with meetings

* Assist management in daily administration

* Highly organised, able use of the CRM system efficiently to keep on top of priorities

* Taking ownership of customer support/service needs and help co-ordinate work required with other staff

* Ensure inbound enquiries and leads are consistently followed up and communications updates are saved in the CRM

* Support existing customers with basic product usage, FAQ's and trainings

* Follow up with customers, understanding and dealing with technical and logical challenges, identify opportunities and solutions to help them

* Attend and facilitate client meetings and explain where possible how our software solution can help them

* Assist in Customer On-boarding by working alongside the technical team if needed

* Attend trade events and handle queries

* General business administration i.e. organising events, meetings, conferences, managing expenses etc.

* Good communication skills, able to communicate well face to face, over the phone and in writing

* General office hours are Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm. However, you will be required to work out of the office hours occasionally as per the business needs e.g. supporting customers in different time zones such as US. Or attending events or client meetings located outside the region

* Drivers licence would be advantageous but not essential

Weekly Wage: A little more than minimum. But depending on the age/experience
