We are a part of the ICS Group which employs just shy of 2,000 people world-wide and is responsible for the placement of healthcare professionals to both the public and private sector, as well as providing healthcare services ourselves.

Our office which is located in the heart of Manchester are currently seeking a Bookings Support Apprentice to start as soon as possible on a full time apprenticeship (37.5 hours/week).

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
  • Responsible for ensuring a professional service is provided to candidates and clients
  • Provide assistance to the Recruitment Team and liaise with them regards to agency worker information
  • Establish and maintain agency workers files. Ensuring required checks are in place at all times.
  • Undertake regular reviews on agency workers files to ensure that information is up to date under direction from the Recruitment Consultant.
  • Aid in the preparation of C.V and correspondence to forward to clients
  • Assist in confirming locum interview schedule
  • Ensure the department has at all times an adequate supply of stationery and Applicant/Client packs
  • Photocopying, printing and binding of documents
  • Post duties
  • To Manage and administer the Payroll process in an accurate and efficient manner and to undertake all payroll / financial associated tasks
  • Any other relevant duties as required by the Business Manager.
The ideal candidate will be able to give great customer service, be confident on the phone, self-motivated and extremely organised.
