Our client is looking for an Apprentice Office Administrator to join their experienced team based at their office in Ashford.
Due to the nature of the Business - YOU MUST BE HAVE A FULL DRIVING LICENCE AND YOUR OWN VEHICLE.
The successful candidate will be looking to take the first step into an office environment. You will be given full training in every aspect of the business including Administration, Customer Service, Marketing and basic accounting. There will be fantastic opportunities to progress into other roles in the business.
- Meeting and greeting visitors to the office
- Support the administration team
- Taking incoming telephone calls
- Diary / Appointment management for the Directors
- Booking appointments for Sales Staff
- Responding to incoming email enquiries
- Marketing of new vehicles
- Banking and Post Office runs.
- Supporting with any other ad hoc administration including personal assistance to the Owner.
- Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5.30 pm
- 1 Hour Lunch Break
- NO WEEKEND WORKING
Pay and Benefits
- Starting Salary of up to GBP15,000
