Desired qualifications
You will need at least GCSE C/4 grade or equivalent in bothmaths & English, and in three or four other subjects at least.
You will have completed ideally a Level 3 IT apprenticeship or at least a Level 3 BTEC and/or A level in ICT or haveexperience in a similar role.
Future prospects
Opportunity to gain experience on the job and work towards a Level 4 qualification in Network engineering.

Job Role
As a Network Engineer Apprentice your main roles and responsibilities may include:
- 1st line support
- Managing customer networks
- Integration to 365
- working with bespoke Firewalls
- Logging calls
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Talking the customer through a series of actions over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software issues
- Assisting with the configuration and support of IP networks/systems
