They serve customers across all industry sectors in UK, Europe and USA and are focused solely on CyberSecurity recruitment. They are now looking for a Business Resourcement Apprentice to join their team!

Key Responsibilities

Your role will be to build and nurture communities of talent with niche skills within the cybersecurity sector & to match active jobseekers to client vacancy requirements & maintain relationships with passive job seekers whilst delivering a high-quality experience and contributing to revenue generation in line with agreed targets.

 

Key responsibilities in the role will include

 

  • Contribute to building a brand for LT Harper to be known as the best Cybersecurity Recruitment firm by demonstrating expertise in your market knowledge & providing excellent candidate experience
  • Identify the best sources of candidates for your sector & create pools (communities) of active & passive jobseekers to introduce to clients for their job vacancies
  • Qualifying candidates & matching them against client vacancies
  • Providing a consistently excellent professional candidate experience
  • Managing the interview process for candidates & clients (scheduling, preparing both parties, negotiating for a positive outcome on both sides)
  • Developing & maintaining strong professional relationships with candidates to influence their loyalty to LT Harper
  • Look for opportunities to get involved in your candidate (& client) community and give back
  • Be a champion of LT Harper’s initiatives including Diversity in Cybersecurity including promotion of LT Harper’s mentoring programme
  • Generate referrals from candidates in your community to help grow your existing pool(s) of talent
  • Demonstrate expertise in the cybersecurity recruitment sector (be aware of common tools and skills in your market & be able to give an opinion on the availability of talent)
  • Gather market information and trends to share with clients (eg salary information, benefits trends, motivations of candidates, competitor information etc)
  • Become an expert in tools including LinkedIn to generate candidates & promote LT Harper’s brand in the cybersecurity market as well as your own brand
  • Attend networking events regularly (occasionally in the evening) to meet face to face with potential jobseekers
  • Keep in touch with candidates via social media, marketing, phone calls & face to face meetings and informal catch-ups
