In addition to this, the development of advanced analytics and reporting capabilities will make it easy for our clients to have complete transparency and control over their Affinity programmes. The Data Analyst will also be involved in the creation of internal performance dashboards, working within our Data Scrum Team and analysing how best utilise the Willis Towers Watson data stores and supporting the core teams in analysis covering for example: financial i.e. investment returns, and prospect performance reporting.

Reporting directly to the Head of Data & Analytics, this is a role for a personable, high energy Data Analyst, with strong data analysis skills and excellent interpersonal skills. This role requires the candidate to work collaboratively with key stakeholders across geographies - Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America - in a matrix environment.
