Work across a variety of businesses and one thing for certain is opportunities won't be in short supply! We are recruiting school/college leavers for our exciting rotational Finance and Commercial Academy programme

The challenge and responsibilities:
  • An introduction to energy markets and technologies
  • Customer experience development
  • Working within a team to develop complex energy solutions for customers in sectors such as campus, industry and utilities
  • You will receive training to be able to use all the software platforms including training at our Headquarters in Germany
  • Involved in sales and bidding as well as project delivery
  • You will be given exposure to commercial and financial transactions
  • Plus, exposure to other Siemens technologies such as intelligent transport and building

The candidate:
  • Achieved a minimum grade C or 4 in maths and English at GCSE (or equivalent)
  • Achieved or be expecting to achieve a minimum 96 UCAS points (equivalent to 3 C's at A Level or the B-Tech equivalent)
  • Prior experience isn't essential, but we do value the behaviours, skills and passion for finance and digitalization you're able to bring, so any work experience would be useful
