We are Premier Print! We provide printing services for small, medium and large businesses across the UK and have supplied customers such as; Debenhams, Homebase, Las Iguanas and The Gym Group.

We are an independently owned limited company. We pride ourselves on fast turnaround, without compromising quality and the excellent customer service we offer to our customers located both near and far.

Our product range includes; PVC Banners, Posters, Stickers, Roller Banner Stands, Flags, Correx Printing and Foamex Printing.


DESCRIPTION OF VACANCY
This is a great opportunity to join an established employer with a successful history of supporting apprentices.

Premier Print have an excellent reputation for providing a wide range of printing services for a growing number of high-profile clients. With the company going from strength to strength, an opportunity has now presented itself for an apprentice to come and be a part of its success.

As the Apprentice Customer Service Administrator, you will play a key role in maintaining our high standards by being trained on how to deliver high quality customer service.

This is a fast paced and busy role. Tasks will include – but are not limited to – the following:

– Dealing with customer enquiries over telephone and e-mail

-Providing support to customers via the in-built ‘Live Chat’ function of the website

– Understanding the range of products we offer and being able to explain and describe these to customers

– Processing orders

– Saving artwork ready for print

– Raising invoices and collecting payments


WAGE
£146.25


HOURS
37.5 working hours per week:
Monday – Friday
09:00 – 17:00
Includes an half hour (unpaid) lunchbreak each day


SKILLS REQUIRED
Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing.


PERSONAL QUALITIES
The successful candidate should be enthusiastic, proactive, and have good attention for detail.


QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Minimum grade D/3 in GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)


TRAINING PROVIDED
On the job training with the employer whilst working towards the Apprenticeship Framework – consisting of the Intermediate NVQ Level, Technical Certificate and Functional Skills if appropriate.

Regular work based assessments/observations carried out by Kent Training & Apprenticeships Tutor Assessor, to determine competency and meet with Awarding Body standards
