We are looking for a diligent, bright and ambitious apprentice to provide administration support for the Sales and Research teams.

The work will mostly be ad-hoc but below is an idea of the kinds of things you will be involved with:
  • Work with stakeholders across the business to understand each unique project background and requirements
  • Conducting market research on desktop using LinkedIn and our internal database (FileFinder), phone enquiries if necessary
  • Formatting, proof reading and document presentation
  • General project support
  • Assisting in the upload of data for our digital platform
  • Dealing with document requests, updating of spreadsheets and general office administration duties

This role would be suited to someone who is interested in gaining professional experience in an office-based environment, enjoys working with a wide range of people and working within a small team.


Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Strong communication skills both spoken and written
  • Able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
  • Basic computer literacy using Microsoft Office packages including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

  • Be happy doing a variety of tasks
  • High attention to detail


Desired qualifications

GCSEs at grades C/4 or above(or equivalent) in maths and English.

Things to consider

Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
