You will need to be enthusiastic and well-disciplined as our apprenticeship programme is heavily focused on attitude and behaviour. In addition you will need to exhibit initiative, and be reliable and conscientious. Excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to think logically and to work both independently and as part of a team.Desired qualifications
A minimum of 5 GCSE's at grade B (or above) or grade 6 (or above) in the new grading structure including Maths and English.
Plus a minimum of 2 AS Levels (or equivalent) at grade C (or above) or a BTEC level 3 (60 credits plus) or equivalent in a relevant Engineering or Technology discipline.Future prospects Your career with BMW Group will be designed to meet your individual aspirations and the business needs of an internationally recognised company. You start on a business awareness programme followed by career objective training in the relevant departments.
