    At least two A Levels (or equivalent) at grade C or above (preferably in Business Studies or a related subject), or a Business BTEC Extended Diploma with triple distinction can be accepted as an alternative to the two A Levels.

    A minimum of GCSE (or equivalent) grades C or above in Maths, English and Science (core or additional).

    Have a desire to undertake a Level 6 Chartered Management Degree Apprenticeship on a part time basis at university.

    Driving licence ideal but not essential.

    Personal qualities

    To be successful, you will need to demonstrate your willingness to learn, have excellent communication and teamwork skills, and be competent with Microsoft Office programmes, in particular Microsoft Excel.

    Things to consider

    The National Minimum Wage for Apprentices is £3.50 per hour (from 1st April 2018 this rises to £3.70 per hour). This is the legal minimum pay per hour applying to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship.

    For apprentices 19 or over who have completed their first year and are continuing their apprenticeship, the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies.
