What will the apprentice be doing?
Our five-year apprenticeship programme gives you a balance of real-life experiences and academic learning. The programme will see you rotating through different departments so you can get a solid feel for how your specialism fits within a typical project lifecycle. This is an environment where you'll be feee to communicate and collaborate. To be open and honest. To take on growing responsibility. And to build something special.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
We'll sponsor you to complete a degree in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying with University College of Estate Management through distance learning. Completion of the apprenticeship scheme will lead to accredidation with RICS.
In addition you'll have access to ongoing training and development to help reach your career ambitions.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
On completion of the apprenticeship you will be promoted to an Assistant Manager position and will continue to develop within ISG.
