Our Client is looking for an Apprentice Product Designer and Business Administrator to join their friendly and professional team.

The job role is varied but the main duties will include:

Customer Service Duties:
  • Liaising with customers (B2B) and suppliers by phone and email
  • Dealing with their Social Media and website.
  • Marketing activity and booking/arranging exhibitions.
  • Data entry and general admin duties
  • Dealing with customer enquiries including replying to emails, supplying pricing from website, taking phone calls, taking payment, creating invoices and other shared admin duties involved in the workflow.

Design and Production Duties:
  • Researching Ideas
  • Sewing Products
  • Design and Inspiration
  • Sketching
  • Tailor products to match the customer expectations.
  • As well as digital form production, promotional ad campaigns
  • Creating bespoke Veil Designs for customers

Desired qualifications

  • GCSE at grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent in maths and Englishpreferred but not essential

Things to consider

  • Support and Training will be provided throughout
  • The working week will consist of a routine 21 hours, working 3 days between Monday-Friday, 9:30am-5:00pm. The weekly wage is set at £105, to start
