Key responsibilities will include:
  • Maintain a stock list of available PCs that we have for sale
  • Populate our online selling portal with PCs available for sale
  • Deal with sales queries arising from the portal direct from potential customers
  • Populate customer portals with the details of PCs collected so our customers can obtain certificates of data wiping
  • Assist in peak times with lifting, carrying and sorting PCs, untangling wires etc.
  • Populating other online selling platforms with items for sale from other parts of the group such as carpet tiles, mattresses, furniture etc.
  • Supported by your line manager, you will be responsible for generating sales leads through, telephone, LinkedIn, email and field sales. The company also runs various promotions and marketing campaigns to generate incoming sales leads.

Requirements and prospects

  • Good communication skills
  • Organised and have great time-management skills
  • Literate in IT applications
  • No previous industry experience is required as full training will be given, but some experience in B2B sales administration would be an advantage

Desired qualifications

GCSEs at grades C/4 or above(or equivalent) in maths and English.
