Graduate Behaviour Support Mentor - THE ROLE

  • Part time role - Thursday and Fridays!
  • Paid GBP63 to GBP65 per day
  • September start - interviewing NOW!
  • You will be supporting pupils with challenging behaviour by tutoring 1:1 and in small study groups to promote academic success
  • Much of your time will be spent supporting those with challenging behaviour in the inclusion area
  • This role is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your teaching skill set and behaviour management, you will gain invaluable hands-on experience to propel your teaching career
  • You will have regular check-ins and progression reports so you can make the most of the graduate programme with full support from all staff

Graduate Behaviour Support Mentor - WHAT YOU NEED

  • 1 st or 2:1 degree
  • A genuine passion for education and working with young people
  • Previous experience with challenging behaviour - ESSENTIAL!
  • A strong academic background
  • You must be available to work from September 2020
