What will the apprentice be doing?

We have a diverse and challenging opportunity for an Apprentice Trainee Finance Analyst (Apprenticeship) to join the Engineering finance team with exposure to the Senior Finance team. Within this role you will support the Engineering finance and tax team. This will include exposure to monthly variance reporting, balance sheet reconciliations and budgeting and forecasting.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
  • Remote learning via online platform
  • One day per week
  • On the job training and support by a mentor
  • Allocated tutor and learning mentor to support throughout the apprenticeship

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Progression to a senior finance analyst on successful completion of the apprenticeship. A structured training and development plan provided to progress throughout the apprenticeship.
