Goldman & Fine Group currently has a vacancy for an Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer.

This is a full time, permanent vacancy and we need committed individuals, we do not clock-watch or keep your time - that is your responsibility - and full-time hours are flexible, as out-of-hours calls may be necessary. We are offering a basic rate of pay, which will be enhanced with performance-related commission.

* HGV Haulage / Logistics
* Health & Wellbeing Spa Centres
* IT & Software dev
* Accountancy
We need a Resourcer assisting the Recruitment Consultants by sourcing appropriate, quality candidates from job boards and our in-house database,
Responding to received applications and calling candidates to validate them prior to a detailed conversation with a Recruitment Consultant.
Create job cards, upload candidates and update client and applicant details
Pro-active in your approach, organised and reliable, with a strong work ethic. Your telephone manner will need to be excellent, as will be your customer service skills.
You will build a relationship with candidates, often being the first point of contact. You will be mindful of active vacancies across the company and direct candidates to other suitable opportunities as appropriate.
Your role will involve:
* understanding the active roles available
* expanding your awareness of the skills and attributes that suitable candidates need
* sourcing, calling and validating candidates
* creating and updating records on our database
* advising candidates about the recruitment process
* marketing/networking duties as required
* answering calls
* rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck into general office duties
Applicants must:
* be able to communicate well with clients and candidates
* be pro-active, with a good work ethic
* have a positive, upbeat attitude
* be organised and motivated
* work well in a team
* have strong IT skills
* have an excellent level of spoken and written English
