Verity Healthcare Limited is a leading and pace-setting care provider, providing a wide range of care services to service users and patients across England and overseas. We are currently looking to recruit 12 Apprentice Supervisor for our offices in England.

This will be permanent full-time position working a variety of shifts and having a day off for your classroom or personal study from our Award-winning Training Academy - Verity Institute for Management and Sciences. You will be paid for the days that you go for training.

As one of our supervisor apprentices you will:

* Provide excellent customer care to all of our customers, being friendly and making our customers feel welcome.Help customers find the services that is well suited to their needs.Support Care Workers to provide the best of care and leaving a good impression with all our customers.Work professionally with our partners - GPs, nurses, social workers, brokerage officers offices and ensure quick set-up and delivery of services Work with the rest of your team to complete the daily and weekly tasks that meets the needs of our customers.Support your manager and coordinators in leading the team to run an efficient care and support services and provide great service to our customers.

What does the apprenticeship involve?

* Working in a supportive company and learning how to be a great supervisor.

* Regular pre-arranged visits (every 10 to 12 weeks) from an assessor from our apprenticeship provider. In between visits, regular reviews will be conducted via webinar, telephone and video call.

* Regular completion of apprenticeship coursework.

* Completion of functional skills in English and Maths (only if required).

* Completion of an assessment at the end of your 12 months of training.

During the programme we'll cover a range of topics to help you develop and prepare you for end point assessment including:

* Leading People

* Building Relationships

* Operational Management

* Project Management

* Communication

* Self-study activities

* 1-2-1 coaching and remote support

* Progress reviews

* Information, Advice and Guidance

* End Point Assessment preparation and support

* You will also record and track learning progress through the e-Cordia e-portfolio, helping to support and evidence your journey.

Pay, working hours and benefits:

You will earn GBP9.12 per hour from day one and are guaranteed 35 hours pay per week. This means that your weekly pay will be at least GBP319.20. In addition, you will also benefit from:

* A Retail Team Leader level 3 apprenticeship standard qualification.

You will need:

* A warm, friendly, positive, hardworking with a 'can-do' approach to work.

* Should enjoy being busy as there is always something to do. As a junior member of management, you will be visiting customers and organising other team members and more!

* Should be reliable as you will be an important part of a small team. Your colleagues and customers will depend upon you to do your best on each shift and not let the team down.

* A bit of flexibility when it comes to your shifts as we may have to work slightly different hours to cover shifts, each day.

* Be organised and to complete all work set by our apprenticeship provider on time and to the best of your ability.
