What will the apprentice be doing?

The sales apprentice will be supporting The Growth Works team in identifying and approaching new customers (universities and hotel groups). He / she will develop and follow a sales plan for each customer, work with the team to progress and support the management of relationships with existing, prospective and new customers.

You'll represent us at virtual and in person events and communicate our brand and proposition across the industry.

You'll work with the team to constantly improve our offer.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You'll work towards the Business to Business Sales Professional (degree), level 6 at Middlesex University, a mix of day release on campus and virtual classes.

This will help you add further structure to your sales approach and customer management.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

You'll have invaluable experience building the sales function team of a tech start-up, and an amazing network across hospitality and education. We hope you stay with us and help the business grow, perhaps leading teams, or move on to another start-up or a larger corporate environment, marketing in tech, hospitality or learning and development.
