Our Design Management teams work with the site delivery team, clients and architects to maintain the documentation relating to the design of our construction projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Your role will be to support the management of the on-site design process under the supervision of the project based Design Manager
  • You will manage project documentation in line with VINCI process and procedures within a Common Data Environment (CDE)
  • The Training provided will be in accordance with your development needs. You are likely to train on the following CDE, Digital Engineering and VINCI core learning modules

During your apprenticeship you will gain exposure to all aspects of the construction delivery process which are fundamental to a career in construction.

Desired qualifications

Level 3 qualification Engineering or Construction in the Built Environment qualification or A levels grade C/4, equivalent or above.

Future prospects

Upon completion of the level 4 apprenticeship there is the opportunity to progress on to the Level 6 degree apprenticeship in Design and Construction Management.

Things to consider

The position is site based -projects usually last around 2 years. Once this project is completed you will be moved to another site. We work throughout the North West so applicants must be prepared to travel to our sites as required.

Apprentice salaries are reviewed on an annual basis.

26 Days holiday entitlement per year.
