- Work on a variety of exciting projects; we'd love for you to get involved and be a key part in our newest anti-racism and diversity project
- Communicating with a variety of team members, senior managers and the Directors of the gallery
- Work with trustees
- Organising meetings and events
- Scheduling meetings
- Answering emails
- Working on staff initiatives and checking on staff well-being
- Composing invitations to events (virtual or in person pending!)
Requirements and prospects
Desired skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently as required
- Competent using Microsoft Office programmes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Excellent organisational skills
Personal qualities
- Self-motivated, reliable and prepared to work across different departments on a variety of project
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- An interest in contemporary art is desirable
Desired qualifications
- Five GCSE grades C - A* (4-9) or equivalent, including English and Maths
- Level 3 qualification (A level, BTEC or equivalent)
- Six months' admin experience
Future prospects
After your Project Management apprenticeship progress into Project Management, Digital Transformation Manager, Business Development Lead, Programme Manager, Transformation Director and Process Transformation Director or other management roles within your field.
