What to expect
On this two-year rotational programme, you’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of how Barclays UK fits together, and how your role fits in. Through four 6-month rotations, you’ll find exposure to new roles, new skills, and the chance to expand your network across our business.
Whilst you’re on the Customer Banking Solutions programme, your rotations might also include time spent in Barclaycard, Wealth Management, and Business Banking. Building your flexibility and experience, you’ll finish the programme with a robust skill-set and a strong sense of what you want to achieve next with us.
