The objective of Internal Audit is to provide independent, reliable, insightful and timely assurance to the Board and executive management over the effectiveness of governance, risk management and control over current and evolving risks. We’ve built a reputation across Financial Services for our innovative thinking and approach – and we want you to get involved in thinking about how we can drive change whilst our global management team help support your career development.

What to expect

Expect plenty of opportunities to make an impact. It all starts with intensive training that equips you with the skills and knowledge to handle the kind of responsibilities you’d have in a full-time Internal Audit role. Collaborating with both our graduates and senior leaders, you’ll discover how we have an influence in the community, through our citizenship-based activities and the audit work we do for our business teams and functions.

How you'll develop

Broad exposure to our Internal Audit teams will build your understanding of how we operate and where you’d most like to work. From day one, you’ll start gaining the know-how you need to get your internship off to a flying start, and you’ll always be able to count on support from senior in-house experts, buddies and graduates. Their advice and encouragement will strengthen your confidence and help you sharpen your skills. Performance coaching and social events will also help you expand your network and develop.

Who thrives here

People of any degree discipline who are excited about pioneering new services and setting new standards. We want strategic thinkers who are self-aware,  and who know how to work with people as well as numbers. Eagerness to learn and the willingness to take on new challenges will also prove useful.
