What will the apprentice be doing?

Come and join Daisy Chain Project. We are offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled Business Development Manager to become part of our successful Business Development Team.

We are looking for a creative and ambitious candidate to help drive our business development strategy. You will join part of the team responsible for income generation through creative and skilled bid writing, project/contractmanagementand an array of innovative business development opportunities within our autism services andour online and instore retail operations.

Daisy Chain have exciting and ambitious plans for growth and development of autism services across the Tees Valley and beyond. Are you an organised and motivated individual seeking a new challenge? What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The apprentices will receive:

- One monthly taught classroom session

- Weekly webinar with a dedicated subject specialist Tutor/Assessor.

- Follow the Level 5 Apprenticeship Plan which provides dates and times of all sessions including assignment submission dates.

- Mix of delivery methods including CPD, weekly Skype/Google Education sessions, online modules, practical projects and self-study.

- Monthly remote workshops, hosted by industry experts and guest speakers

- Monthly three-way review meetings and performance monitoring with the apprenticeship Mentors/Line Managers.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

On completion, apprentices can register as full members with the Chartered Management Institute and/or the Institute of Leadership & Management, and those with 3 years' of management experience can apply for Chartered Manager status through the CMI.
