Working across the Gateway team to assist where required with all aspects leading up to and post bid submission.

Liaise with internal stakeholders' cross market to ensure procedures are adhered to and with Client satisfaction forefront.

Tasks may typically extend to:
  • Ensuring all administration tasks are completed and up to date
  • Adherence to financial reporting KPIs and process
  • Assisting with client needs
  • Assessments, write ups/conducting
  • Collating and analysing client queries
  • Building reporting content delivered via IRI's
  • Unify platform
  • Desk research about clients
  • Design templates for client presentations
  • Manage the production of materials/documentation to support
  • Bid process
  • Assist with new launch events including invitations, RSVPs, launch day participation and tracking success measures
  • Monthly sales and pipeline extract to Gateway team to track financial performance versus plan
  • Provide a back-up within the team during absence, scheduling and coordinating activities as required


Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Fluent English business speaking and writing
  • Analytic and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel including pivot tables
  • Creative and advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint to deliver impactful client presentations
  • Ability to communicate with clients and interacting with different countries and cultures
  • Ability to convey complex information in a simple manner
  • Excellent attention for design and detail in presentations
  • High level of QC skills

  • 112 UCAS tariff pointsfor example "A" level B, B, C or BTEC extended diploma -DMM
  • Level 2 English and maths. students with work experience


Future prospects

The successful candidates will, on successful completion of the apprenticeship, move into a permanent, full-time role at IRI and will work with their line manager to identify the career path that they would like to take, this could be in a commercial, analytics, technical or service role.
