Responsibilities:
- Make outbound contact to leads to qualify and assign to the sales channels
- Answer inbound calls from new business customer enquiries to qualify and assign to the sales channels
- Make outbound contact to on-boarded but not yet live customers to complete terminal installations and test transactions
- Build, maintain and communicate a robust and tangible leads pipeline to achieve target and objectives
- Be the "Voice Of The Customer" to provide feedback and help steer and direct Product Development, User Experience, Customer Success and Marketing strategies
- Take ownership of providing a fantastic service to all our customers
- Maintain and develop knowledge of products and procedures and ensure that all enquiries are handled in line with Global Payments policies, ensuring regulatory requirements are fully observed
- Own your development, career and progression. Actively manage and own your career path within the organisation
