We are offering an exclusive and unique opportunity for x2 entrepreneurial sales professionals to join our UK Sales Development Representatives Team as Apprentices. We will offer you the chance to gain a qualification as well as valuable practical experience! Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound contact to leads to qualify and assign to the sales channels
  • Answer inbound calls from new business customer enquiries to qualify and assign to the sales channels
  • Make outbound contact to on-boarded but not yet live customers to complete terminal installations and test transactions
  • Build, maintain and communicate a robust and tangible leads pipeline to achieve target and objectives
  • Be the "Voice Of The Customer" to provide feedback and help steer and direct Product Development, User Experience, Customer Success and Marketing strategies
  • Take ownership of providing a fantastic service to all our customers
  • Maintain and develop knowledge of products and procedures and ensure that all enquiries are handled in line with Global Payments policies, ensuring regulatory requirements are fully observed
  • Own your development, career and progression. Actively manage and own your career path within the organisation

  • Preferably, a strong understanding of Payments; industry, products and trends

  • Salesforce, G Suite and MS Office skills (desirable)
  • Able to work unsupervised and prioritise own workload

Desired qualifications

  • 5 GCSE or equivalent at 4/C grade or equivalent including English and maths (essential)
  • A levels or equivalent preferred but not essential
