We are excited to be able to welcome and nurture a new apprentice into our work family. Working in a busy, fast paced environment you will be supported in developing your skills in Compliance and business administration.

This position would suit a self-motivated individual, who is curious with good attention to detail and an analytical approach to the tasks undertaken.

Key Responsibilities and duties will include:
  • Undertake pre-determined checks to ensure that internal policies and procedures are followed
  • Conduct file reviews in line with current anti money laundering and financial crime regulations
  • Assist with the monitoring of processes across functions within the business
  • Monitor internal dedicated email inboxes to ensure that queries are answered promptly by the team
  • Help to promote a robust compliance culture and high standards across the business
  • Assist external auditors with requests for information and data as required
  • Assist with the preparation of key performance indicators and management information for internal committees and the TBFS board
  • Assist the team with ad-hoc projects and investigations as required
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider Compliance team including minute taking and minutes
  • Assisting the Compliance team to ensure that any risks are reported


Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Possess sound mathematical acumen and an ability to interpret a variety of different data from different sources.
  • Excellent IT knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc).

  • Ability to communicate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills

Desired qualifications

  • Good Level of education -5 GCSE's at grade C/4, equivalent or above
  • A Level Qualifications preferred
