This position would suit a self-motivated individual, who is curious with good attention to detail and an analytical approach to the tasks undertaken.
Key Responsibilities and duties will include:
- Undertake pre-determined checks to ensure that internal policies and procedures are followed
- Conduct file reviews in line with current anti money laundering and financial crime regulations
- Assist with the monitoring of processes across functions within the business
- Monitor internal dedicated email inboxes to ensure that queries are answered promptly by the team
- Help to promote a robust compliance culture and high standards across the business
- Assist external auditors with requests for information and data as required
- Assist with the preparation of key performance indicators and management information for internal committees and the TBFS board
- Assist the team with ad-hoc projects and investigations as required
- Provide general administrative support to the wider Compliance team including minute taking and minutes
- Assisting the Compliance team to ensure that any risks are reported
Requirements and prospects
Desired skills
- Possess sound mathematical acumen and an ability to interpret a variety of different data from different sources.
- Excellent IT knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc).

- Ability and enthusiasm to learn, be flexible and adaptable to changing processes
- Ability to communicate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Excellent multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

Desired qualifications
- Good Level of education -5 GCSE's at grade C/4, equivalent or above
- A Level Qualifications preferred
