Duties will include:
Minimum 40 Outbound calls per day to SME Customers.
Capturing call outcomes using Salesforce CRM System.
Selling BT's products and service to SME customers and achieving agreed targets.
Maintaining Professionalism and protecting BT's Brand at all times.
Writing and Building proposals for customers. You will need to have a good level of English and maths.
Regular coaching and reviews with your Line Manager
Sending a weekly forecast detailing sales made and expected sales for the following week.
