An openingwithin an exciting, growing business. This position offers the opportunity to quickly grow into a fully-fledged sales role with a high level of autonomy and a long-term career for the right candidate. At Roast & Ground we work together to drive growth and believe passionately that this will come with fabulous customer service.

You won't be weighed down by processes and lengthy decision making. If we agree it's a good idea, we'll try it. We'll support you and will work to help you succeed. Your development will be encouraged by one of the business Directors to whom you will report.

Our primary target audience is larger businesses based in London and the South East.
  • Working with our company database you'll be responsible for securing appointments with companies in the market for new office coffee machines
  • You'll be responsible for out-bound calling. This will include data verification, contacting prospects and keeping in contact so that when they are in the market they will get in touch
  • You'll be expected to use market intelligence to keep adding to the database. This will include monitoring information regarding office moves in the target area so that you can actively target those businesses.
  • You'll be involved in sector specific drives, customer calling activity and other sales work
  • As you learn the trade your responsibility will broaden to encompass customer account work and sales meetings (currently on Teams) with an experienced sales person

Longer-term, assuming successful, the role will evolve into a fully-fledged sales role which encompasses setting your own appointments and holding online and possibly some face-to-face meetings, over-seeing the sale of the machine and on-going account management.
