This is a great opportunity for an individual with a passion for cooking to learn the art of the fresh kitchen.

As the Apprentice/Junior Chef de Partie your working week will including preparing fresh meals, maintaining high levels of cleanliness in the kitchen.

Over the course of this placement you will complete a City and Guilds Level 3 Chef de Partie Apprenticeship qualification.
