You'll get to work in a number of different teams throughout your apprenticeship - experiencing several roles to gain an understanding of what is each like and how you as a future leader can impact these roles.

Your degree modules (which include food science, lean manufacturing, factory design, and people management) will provide a technical and theoretical base to understand best practice, identify opportunities for improvement and maximise the value you can add to the teams you work in.
