Main duties and Responsibilities will include:
  • To ensure that HML Lifecycle Services duties undertaken are compliant with the requirements of the Companies Health & Safety Policy and ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System
  • To provide a proficient customer service to current customers by telephone and email
  • The generation and qualification of customer enquiries
  • Evaluating potential sales opportunities and converting them into new sales
  • Improve processes and systems to support sales opportunities
  • To be responsible for the processing and recording of spare's orders received.Once the orders have been entered onto the system, the creation of respective purchase orders, order acknowledgements to be issued
  • To Prepare the shipping documentation, including delivery notes and commercial invoices
  • To assist with annual stock takes
  • To Scan all order paperwork
  • To update customer CRM platform (salesforce)
  • To ensure that the quality of all work undertaken in the department and the ensuing data is of an acceptable quality
  • To be involved in other aspects of work in the Product Lifecycle (After sales & Service) department and HML business as required

  • Business/Sales Qualifications will be advantageous
  • Be able to deliver a high level of customer care and develop long standing customer relationships
  • Ability to follow procedures/guidelines to a high standard
  • Good communication skills - ability to liaise with all levels of people
  • Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
  • Accuracy and attention to detail

Personal qualities

  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • Self-confident - able to rely on their own judgement

  • Able to work well and co-operate with others in a team

Desired qualifications

  • 5 GCSEs (including English, maths and a Science or Technology subject); Grades 8-4(A-C)
  • A Levels
